CTL's Lecturer Success Passport

Your teaching journey at SDSU connects you with people, programs, and resources across campus. The Lecturer Success Passport is a voluntary professional learning pathway for all SDSU lecturer faculty. Complete five experiences - Launch, Connect, Grow, Explore, and Engage - to broaden your professional network, discover resources that support your teaching, and earn CTL recognition for your participation.

How it works

1. Launch

Complete the New Faculty Success Program for Lecturers (NFSP-L). Prior completion counts.

2. Connect

Attend one CTL Lunch & Learn. After 08/2026.

3. Grow

Complete one additional approved Credly-badged program (e.g., YMOC Ally, YMOC Ally Teaching, Community-Engaged Teaching, Academic Advising).

Prior completion counts.

4. Explore

Attend one qualifying program or event offered by an SDSU campus partner (e.g.,ITS,CIE) 
After 08/2026.

5. Engage

Participate in one additional CTL program, event, consultation, peer observation, or other qualifying experience.
