Allison Vaughn, Ph.D. Executive Director
Allison Vaughn (Ph.D.) is a Professor in the Department of Psychology where her research examines social relationships, stigma, and health. She values student development in undergraduate and graduate education in the classroom and the lab. She helped develop our New Faculty Success Programs for newly hired, tenure-track, and lecturer faculty. She also helped develop the Ally Teaching program for faculty who wish to foster success and wellbeing in instructional spaces for our Young Men of Color (YMOC) students. Finally, she developed the Introduction to College Teaching graduate course.
