One of the most common complaints among instructors is that students do not come to class prepared. In this workshop, we will discuss theories of motivation from the research literature and the implications for our classes. Participants will leave with several options they can use to motivate their own students to complete pre-class work.
This event is part of the CTL series on Flipping the Classroom.
* Graduate students are welcome to attend all CTL events, space permitting. If an event fills up, GTAs will be moved to the waitlist in the order in which they registered.
