Lunch & Learn
Wednesday, Sept 9
It isn’t uncommon for students to complain about various aspects of our classes but when those complaints rise to the level of grievances, it can be a trying experience for all those involved. Fortunately, most of these situations can be avoided with a little additional planning and transparency. Patricia Lozada-Santone, chair of the Senate Student Grievance Committee, will tell us about some of the most common sources of student grievances and we will discuss ways to reduce the chances of finding ourselves in front of her committee. Includes complimentary lunch.
